Vaibhavshree District Team State-Level Training Camp Successfully Organized

Sewa Bharati Madhya Bharat successfully organized the State-Level Vaibhavshree District Team Training Camp under the Swavalamban (Self-Reliance) Dimension at Anand Dham Campus, Bhopal. The training camp witnessed active participation from 55 dedicated karyakartas representing the Rajgarh, Vidisha, Narmadapuram, and Bhopal divisions.
The participants included Vibhag Samanvayaks, District Coordinators, District Guardians, Aayam Pramukhs, Sah-Aayam Pramukhs, and Vaibhavshree Inspectors, who came together to strengthen their organizational capabilities and enhance the effectiveness of self-reliance initiatives across the region.
The training sessions focused on various important aspects of service and organizational development, including planning and implementation of self-reliance-based service projects, organizational expansion, team building, effective work methodologies, and impactful communication strategies. Through group discussions, experience-sharing sessions, practical exercises, and interactive workshops, participants received comprehensive guidance to improve the execution of service activities at the grassroots level.
The primary objective of the training camp was to strengthen service initiatives aimed at empowering underprivileged and needy sections of society through self-reliance programs. The camp also emphasized developing leadership qualities, organizational efficiency, and a deeper spirit of service among karyakartas.
The program concluded with a renewed commitment by all participants to work dedicatedly towards nation-building and social welfare through organized and impactful service activities.
